Streaming in Brampton: what actually matters

Brampton is a big, spread-out city — from Bramalea and Heart Lake to Springdale, Mount Pleasant and Castlemore — and our service works the same way in all of it, because nothing is installed at the street. If your home has a steady internet connection, you can stream. We are an online service; there is no Brampton storefront, and we will not pretend there is.

What changes from home to home is the internet and the hardware. Brampton homes are mainly served by Rogers cable and Bell fibre, plus resellers such as TekSavvy or Start.ca that use those networks. Any of them can handle HD streaming on a suitable plan. Busy condo Wi-Fi, a router in the basement, or one connection shared by a large household are the usual reasons a picture stutters — and they are all fixable.

Many families here run several TVs at once, often with family members watching different things in different languages. That is why each plan lets you choose the number of connections, and why we ask what you watch before you order rather than after.

The same applies across Peel Region and the wider GTA. Customers in Mississauga, Caledon and Bolton, Toronto, Vaughan and Milton use exactly the same plans and setup steps as Brampton — the only thing that varies is the home connection.

Questions we get from Brampton

Short answers. The full FAQ covers payment, devices and support in more detail.

Do you have a store or office in Brampton?

No. IPTV Brampton is an online-only service. There is no storefront, walk-in office or technician visit. Ordering, activation and support all happen over WhatsApp, which is how we serve customers in Brampton and the rest of Canada.

What is a “connection”?

One connection lets one device stream at a time. If two people want to watch on two TVs at the same moment, you need two connections. You can pick the number of connections on each plan card; extra connections are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

How do I order?

Tap a plan’s WhatsApp button. The message is pre-filled with the plan name. Tell us your device and how many screens you need, and we confirm the details, payment method and activation steps in the chat.

Which devices work?

Fire TV devices running Fire OS, Google TV and Android TV, Apple TV, many Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and computers. Roku is limited. See the device guide for each platform.

What internet speed do I need?

As a rough guide, about 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K, with headroom for everything else on your network. A wired connection helps more than a faster plan in many homes. Details in our internet speed guide.

Which channels are included?

The line-up for each plan is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you order, so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not publish channel counts or brand names we cannot stand behind. See how we share the line-up.

Tell us your device. We’ll tell you the plan.

Send a WhatsApp message with the TV or streaming stick you use and how many screens you need. We reply with the plan that fits and the setup steps for your device.
